- 1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.

Refund Policy
- 1. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes/attars), we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.
- 2. Refunds will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video/photos).
- 3. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
